We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your Crack'em purchase for 30 days after you make the purchase. If you are unhappy with your Crack'em for any reason, please contact us at admin@crackemeggcracker.com and we'll work with you to send you a replacement or refund your money.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
